Bing as my default Google Chrome search?

I’m not sure why this happened but I just installed Google Chrome on a new computer and for some crazy reason it choose Bing as the default search engine. Used it for a few times. Gave me good results but had to go back to Google. I missed it. What can I say.

Anyone know how this might have happened? Comment Below

You can change it by clicking on customize and control Google Chrome button and then scroll down to Options and then changing from Live Search (which seems to default to Bing) to Google and you will return to Google search engine.

I agree that is pretty bizarre. Just happened to me, too. I can’t for the life of me figure out why Google would willingly send people to a different search engine when it itself is known, first and foremost, as a search engine. Very odd.
